Accessibility statement
Helping everyone explore life at Nemma Estates.
Last reviewed: 23 October 2026 · Nemma Estates website
1. Our approach
We want everyone to be able to explore Nemma Estates comfortably. Our development target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes the checks and features in the current website; it is not an independent certification.
2. Navigation and reading
- A keyboard-visible Skip to content link on every page.
- Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile.
- A labelled menu button with an expanded state, a mobile visit link and Escape-to-close support.
- Visible focus indicators, labelled form controls and image alternatives.
- Consistent 48-pixel text fields and dropdowns, with larger multiline message fields.
- Reduced-motion support for people who request it in their device settings.
3. Enquiry form
Fields have visible labels and required information is identified by the browser. Submission results appear in a focused status message. A successful submission includes a reference. A visit request is confirmed separately. The form requires JavaScript and a working connection to the enquiry service.
4. Adjusting your view
Use your browser’s zoom and text-size settings to enlarge the page. Tab and Shift + Tab move between controls. Enter activates links; Enter or Space activates buttons. Escape closes an open navigation menu.
5. Assessment and limitations
We check page links, form validation, keyboard navigation and responsive layouts. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or full testing with screen readers, every device or alternative input systems. Some photography, decorative metallic text and browser-generated PDFs may need further accessibility improvements.
6. Alternative formats and feedback
Our web brochure can be printed or saved using your browser. HTML pages are the primary reading format; browser-generated PDF accessibility varies. Use our enquiry form to describe a barrier or request help in a suitable format. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the adjustment that would help; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis. A direct contact route will be published with our business details before public launch.
7. Review
We review this statement after significant changes and further accessibility testing. WCAG reference address: https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/
