The operating company, postal address and public contact details will be confirmed here before online enquiries are enabled.
1. Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional telephone number, preferred contact method, service interest, preferred location and message. A visit request can include a preferred date and time. Please avoid sending medical records, financial information, identity documents or other sensitive information.
2. How we use your information
When online enquiries are enabled, we use these details to respond to your request, discuss suitable services and locations, and arrange a conversation or visit. We record an enquiry reference, submission time and the version of the privacy notice you acknowledged. Sending an enquiry does not reserve accommodation or confirm an appointment.
Our enquiry handling relies on our legitimate interest in answering questions and managing prospective customer relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, we may use your information to take those steps at your request. We do not use this website to make automated decisions about residence or care eligibility.
3. Marketing choices
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. This form does not collect marketing consent or add you automatically to a mailing list. Any future optional marketing subscription will explain its purpose and how to unsubscribe.
4. Storage, access and service providers
Enquiries submitted successfully are stored in a protected database. Access is restricted to authorised staff handling enquiries. Staff notifications contain an enquiry reference rather than the contents of your message. Authorised staff can export enquiries for follow-up through the Daggen Green customer relationship system; an automated connection is not currently enabled.
Hosting and mail providers process information needed to deliver and protect the service. We will confirm the chosen providers, processing locations and any international transfer safeguards before public collection begins. Information is not sold to advertisers.
5. Retention
The enquiry service is configured to remove website enquiry records after 12 months using a daily maintenance task. If a relationship continues, information transferred into a customer record follows the retention arrangements explained for that service. Backup copies and staff exports must also be managed under our retention arrangements. We may retain specific information longer where necessary to handle a dispute or legal obligation.
6. Technical information and security
The enquiry service uses a keyed, daily-changing address hash to limit repeated submissions. It does not store your raw IP address in the enquiry database. Rate-limit records are removed after 24 hours by maintenance. Our host may separately record connection information for service operation and security; its log details and retention will be confirmed before public launch.
The page code uses temporary memory while you complete the form. It does not save your form entries in local storage or use advertising or analytics tools. A signed token protects form submission. Reloading or leaving the page may clear unsent entries; your browser can separately remember form values.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, including our handling of enquiry records. Some rights have conditions or exemptions. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Use the Nemma Estates contact details above to ask about your information or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Reference address: https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/
8. Changes and service availability
We update this policy when our services or information handling change. The form shows a reference only after the server confirms receipt. If submission is unavailable or fails, the page tells you; it does not claim your enquiry has been received.
